Lion's Mane

This up and coming mushroom known for its numerous health benefits is also a great staple ingredient in the kitchen with its mild flavor and tender texture. Lion’s Mane is a great crab and lobster meat alternative when used raw or can be seared, grilled, sauteed, or roasted to achieve a crispy outside.

King Trumpet

The King of Mushrooms gets its name rightfully so with its light nutty taste and meaty texture, it is the perfect mushroom to be the main star of any dish. Its larger size and firmness makes it easy to slice, dice, and shred allowing you to enjoy it sautéed, grilled, roasted, seared and even pickled.

King Trumpets are also known for being a great plant-based alternative for scallops.

Golden Oyster

Golden Oyster Mushrooms are a unique mushroom to cook with because they have a very different smell and taste than other mushrooms. These mushrooms can be eaten raw for a strong, bitter flavor or cooked to bring out an aroma similar to red wine and the taste resembles the flavor of cashews. Great as a plant-based alternative for fried chicken!

Pearl Oyster
